Hosts Nepal clinched the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 5 title after defeating the USA by five wickets on Saturday. But both sides have gained promotion to Division 4 which will be played in Italy in August 2010.The USA made an excellent start to its innings with Steve Massiah (55) and Orlando Baker (49) adding 81 for the second wicket. But from 141-2 it suffered a dramatic collapse and lost its last eight wickets for just 31 runs as Rahul Vishvakarma produced an extraordinary spell of bowling to capture 7-15.

In reply, Mahesh Chhetri (28) and Anil Mandal (37) added an excellent first wicket stand of 85 against an erractic US attack which conceded 20 wides during the course of the innings.Although the USA took regular wickets, Nepal never looked like losing the game and closed the match out with 3.2 overs to spare.
