One of the first men to walk on the moon has told Sky News the United States should forget about going back - and focus on a mission to Mars instead.

Captain Alan Bean said the US should work with the international community to explore new frontiers in space.

Govt's policies and programmes unveiled

President Dr Ram Baran Yadav presented the policies and programmes of the new government at the legislature parliament Thursday. Major priorities set by the policy document of the government include timely completion of the peace process, drafting of new constitution within the stipulated time, reconstructing of the state and instutionalisition of the federal model on the basis of national consensus and reconstruction of physical structures destroyed during the conflict. Roger Federer claims record 15th grand slams.

Roger Federer admitted it was "staggering" to win a record 15th grand slam title in just 25 events after his epic win over Andy Roddick.

Federer won his first grand slam at Wimbledon in 2003 and landed number 15 at the All England Club today by beating a gallant Roddick 5-7 7-6 7-6 3-6 16-14.
