Narayan Kazi Shrestha and Nilambhar Acharya vying for CC chair election

Unified CPN (Maoist) lawmaker Narayan Kazi Shrestha and Nepali Congress (NC) lawmaker Nilambhar Acharya are set to contest for the post of Constitutional Committee (CC) Chairman.

The election for the CC Chairman is scheduled for Friday.

The two parties fielded their respective candidates after their repeated efforts to select a common candidate failed a day before the day of election.

Dhan Te Nan. Vishal Bhardwaj pays homage to cinema of yore and that's reason enough to go out and grab tickets for one of the most keenly anticipated films of our times. A few monsoons ago, Farah Khan paid homage to the cinema of 1970s with OM SHANTI OM. Now Bhardwaj picks up characters that we have witnessed on the Hindi screen before, but executes it like Tarantino and Guy Ritchie do. OSCN 2009 concluded in a grand style. The event was hosted by vibrant Shikshya Thapa Gautam. Chief Guest, Honorable Minister for Information and Communications, Mr. Shankar Pokharel, graced the event with his presence.
